Welcome to our new open course programme of interactive online training modules.
Attending an open course is not only a highly cost effective way of learning, it also gives you a chance to interact with your peers from other organisations, taking on board their viewpoints and experiences. In order to optimise your learning experience, most of our courses are purposely run with small delegate numbers and are generally capped at 12. Book now to avoid disappointment!
Overview
At RMI we are committed to helping as many people as possible to be more aware of the impact that poor mental health can have on anyone (and everyone). One in four of us will have poor mental health at any one time.
Our FREE one hour online Zoom sessions focus on Stress, Anxiety and Depression and help you understand the basics of the signs and symptoms and then how to support and signpost someone to get professional help if needed. Numbers are limited to ensure that there is time for individuals’ questions.
The sessions are facilitated by our CEO Warren Kemp, who is an instructor member of MHFA England.

Overview
This course trains you as an MHFA Champion. By the end of the course participants will be able to:
· Recognise the main signs and symptoms of mental ill health
· Provide initial help
· Guide the person to appropriate professional help
· Develop an understanding of how you can create and maintain a healthier and more productive workforce
· Be mindful of your own wellbeing
Once completed, you will be issued with a certificate to confirm that you are now an MHFA Champion.
